Quick Referenced Sleep Info

18th Jan 2016

While experiencing third trimester insomnia, I did a review of the literature on infant sleep and found a few very easy to read, reputable articles that can help back up what I tell clients and friends about infant sleep. I been working with children and parents for over 10 years providing in-home consultations, maternal and paternal support, newborn education, healthy sleep training and effective developmental approaches to a wide variety of families across the D.C. Metro area. I have seen and heard a lot, and I decided to write about topics that really caught my ear. On occasion I will write about products I am especially fond of as well as those I truly detest!      I have a voice and an opinion I enjoy expressing. There is never any offense intended for those who choose to read posts, but candor will be apparent. I utilize my professional experience, education, knowledge, personal background, and dynamic emotions to craft blog posts.     My intentions through my writing are purely entertaining and possibly educational at times. I […]
